  • Estimated delivery time is 3–10 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, product type, and logistics availability.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
  • All applicable shipping costs are clearly communicated before order confirmation or payment.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or during special promotional periods, which will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected products and serviceable locations.

6. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
